Two video interviews. First with the person who would be the manager, then with the wider team and HR. They asked questions that made it seem they were interested in getting the best out of me, were very approachable and let me ask questions too.

It's a two-pronged situation. Phone call first, followed by an in-person interview. Your potential manager, HR person and a direct colleague will conduct the interview. The phone chat is very informal, basically just to suss you out. You should receive an email detailing an interview time shortly afterwards.
