I did a phone screen with two people on the team then a 3 hour long interview which consisted of a 10 minute presentation (plus Q&A), 1 hour going through case studies, and speaking with multiple teams/people. They ghosted me after, not even an automated rejection email. A waste of time. Disappointed but not surprised. I never followed up because I got an offer from a better company.
