I found a job on indeed and applied. Within a week I got the 30 minute HR meeting on the phone. The fit was amazing and I was quickly rushed to the final interview about 4 hours away. The interview was two, 2 people interviews. However it was very clear they had already filled the role internally and I was just a interview to buffer their internal hire justification
