Was referred for an opening by another employee, offered a phone interview 3 months after applying followed by a panel interview 3 weeks later. with hiring manager, two other department managers, director, and an HR representative.Panel interview required a 15 minute presentation followed by series of questions and lasted about 1 hr. After interview was contacted by HR and intial offer made along with requirements for background check and pre-employment screen.
