Got the interview through University recruiter and scheduled it the next day. It was just basic behavioral questions and only took about 30 minutes. Received a call about two weeks later telling me I had the offer.

Introductory/behavioral first round interview, in person with a former ELDP a few days after a career fair. Second round on the phone with ELDP intern program manager. Both interviews were positive experiences. Nothing particularly technical aside from describing some projects I've worked on.

Behavioral Interview with an ELDP member followed by a phone interview with the current manager of ELDPs in EM, DF, and PID. The second interview was more about why one wanted to be in the program and how that would fit into a career path.
