Overall very fast and comfortable interviewing process. All information seemed accurate. The whole process was online and I even got a look at the exactr systems I would be working with. All the staff was super nice.

After applying online, it took a long time before I heard back about next steps. Once I did get contacted, I went through two rounds of interviews which seemed to go well based on the positive feedback and rapport with the interviewers. They assured me I would receive a decision by the end of that week or early the following week at the latest. However, that commitment did not materialize. For three weeks after my final interview, I did not get any update on the status or next steps despite the promised timeline. Finally, I received a generic rejection email stating I did not get the role, with no specific feedback provided on why I was not selected. The lack of transparency and follow-through on commitments made during the interview process was disappointing, especially after investing significant time and effort into multiple interview rounds. While the interviews themselves were a positive experience, the delays in communication and generic rejection notice without any constructive feedback left me disappointed. The company could certainly improve in setting appropriate expectations and providing closure in a timely, professional manner.
