The interview was in several steps over the phone and in person, testing the skills of my Knowledge. The interview was with business partners, colleagues and future manager. The question was on basic to advances skills. Also testing the SAP knowledge.
The interview process was very straight forward. It is normally panel interview with mix of technical and behavioural questions. Candidate is given ample opportunities to describe themselves, strengths and weakness. Each interviewer will have a behavioural question.

2 interviews with the hiring manager and members of the business unit. Very technical interview, no behavioral questions. Walked through resume highlighting different areas of strength that was applicable to the role. Was asked specific question about bullet points on my resume. Was then asked specifically about different complicated scenarios and how each would affect the P&L.
