Very soft, with multiple people involved from inside the company (based in germany and in portugal). You have 3 phases of interviews. I think it is well done but it takes too long to obtain feedback

La selezione ha richiesto un test psicometrico che richiede l'esecuzione di diversi task da cui viene generato un report sul tipo di persona che sei. C'è stato poi un colloquio conoscitivo. Al termine della procedura non è stato fornito il feedback che era stato promesso.
