interview organized through job placement agency. interview was very informal, with the head of department and HR expert. The job description was unfortunately very vague, and the job itself was very vague too. I left after 3 months

I was informed the interview was canceled a day before the session. The HR personnel failed to do their due diligence to follow up after the email invite. I had to call to confirm the interview personally, only to find out she is on leave and the hiring manager may have already made a decision. Judging from how they are handling their recruitment process irresponsibly, I doubt the capabilities of the HR department.
