The entire process was 1 hour. I was told before to make and present a 15 presentation on "Innovation". The rest of the 45 mins were Q&A, i.e. behavioural but mainly technical.

Siemens called me for a phone interview for a paid internship program. It took only 10 minutes. The interviewer typed my responses to the questions down on a computer. The interview was done through a third party, Randstand.
