A phone screen then in person interview with hiring manager and a coworker. During the phone screen I asked if they were looking internally and he said no but when I asked the hiring manager that same question he said they were. I am tired of companies only interviewing women to tick your EOE checklist. Also as soon as I sat down for the interview the Hiring Manager and coworker both took off their masks and put me in an uncomfortable position and at the end of the interview said he had given a virtual interview just the other day.... the entire thing was unstructured and I ended up asking more questions than them. If I could set the interview difficulty to pointless I would.
The interview process was conducted pretty well and they were quick with the process. It was mostly behavioral and a detailed questioning from the experiences mentioned in resume. They questioned well to check my alignment to the particular role and tested my ability to adapt to a new environment.

then they selected me for interview, they asked few question in the technical round
then one behavioural round was there, in total three rounds were there.

It took 30 minutes, they asked about automation systems like PLC. They also asked about fault detection systems and whether I could legally work in the US. Overall, the interviewers were very friendly.
