Talent acquisition was gracious enough to grant my request for accommodations for the interview due to me being neurodivergent. It was a smooth and straightforward 1:1 meeting with the hiring manager. She was very respectful and friendly. Open to answering my questions. She said she would contact me the following week and she did.

I submitted application and uploaded resume online. Received a call to set up a voice interview about a month later. Voice interview lasted about 15 minutes. Was able to ask questions about the position. Interviewer was personable! I was told that company would be selecting candidates for face to face interviews the following week and that I would either be notified by a phone call if I was selected or an email if I was not selected. So far, I have not heard anything. The interviewer did advise me that some times the process moves slowly. I sent a followup email after 2 weeks to inquire if the position was still open. Unfortunately, I did not hear anything back. It would have been nice to receive some communication one way or the other. I still feel I would apply again if another position opened up.
