Mündliches Gespräch während Werkstudententätigkeit. Keine nennenswerten Auswahlverfahren. Gespräch war mit dem Abteilungsleiter einer benachbarten Abteilung. Das Gespräch verlief sehr zielführend ohne die typischen HR fragen. (Stärken/schwächen, Situationsfragen, etc.). Die HR wurde anschließend eingebunden, um den HR Prozess anzustoßen. Angebot war nicht verhandelbar und entsprach ca. 40k€ p.a..

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
