First, I met the risk management officer at school career fair. He gave me business cards and emails to where I could send him resume/ cover letters. I emailed him back within a week, and he called back within a day and immediately had a phone interview. The interview process started with some accounting/ financial questions, and then when on about some leadership experience and etc.
