it was a interview making videos to answer certain questions. It was unlimited tries and retakes so you could figure out how to answer each question. it was not timed however had a deadline of two days.

Interview was basic for a basic position. Asked about experience and what I was looking for out of the company while i worked there. Asked why I wanted to work for Siemens.

The interview process consist of 4 interviews; recruiter, hiring manager, regional manager, and human resources. The recruiter is an online interview, the manager is a face to face traditional interview, and the rest is over the phone.
