Das Gespräch War nur mit einer Person, die offensichtlich noch nicht oft Bewerbungsgespräche geführt hat. Es kamen die Standartfragen und dann War es schon recht schnell vorbei. Danach hat sich ca 3 Wochen niemand gemeldet, bis dann die Standartabsage kam.

Very good, and the interviewer was nice, and we had a good conversation. She asked me about my visa status a lot, though. I am an international student in the States, so she was wondering about my CPT/OPT.

Very nice and friendly interviewers, I took the first round interview through Microsoft Teams and the second-round interview at siemens company. They asked me some strength-based questions and also my working experience on my CV.

describe a time you worked in a team for a shared goal.
Too long; it took 3 months and were disorganized. But they wanted to make sure you were the right fit for the company. It is very structured and with strong opinions of what matters. Included video, phone calls, panel, one on one, and multiple stakeholders.
