Fantastic process! I had a phone call with a recruiter about a month ago to talk about my interests in the program and how I can be a good fit. The second round was a behavioral interview with a panel of managers which felt more like a conversation. The third round was a presentation on a project I've completed previously in school or internship and how I was able to contribute to it. I received a call a few hours after the final interview with an offer. No technical interview, maybe one or two technical questions that were related to my current job.
