Usually one interview with management and one with technical person. The interview is usually via Skype, but it can be on phone if skype is not available. Potential candidates must know English very well and they must have real experience when applying for software developer role. As implementation is done with Java, most of the questions are related to java and general IT knowledge of technologies.

Good interviewer, fair questions. Asked on python and java. Basic questions around software languages itslef, no framework questions which is nice. Was straight out of uni, so this was really good process at that time.
