Applied online and then had a call with representative who spoke with me regarding the opportunity and asked me some questions about the bank and behavioral questions. Spoke about the position in general
Know a lot about the company before interviewing is what I would say. they want to know about your strengths as a person so have stories for that as well

Entrevista
It was a fairly simple process, one interview with questions where you recorded yourself and answered prerecorded questions and then a follow up in person interview. It was very straight to the point and they were helpful the whole time
