phone interview then onboarding meeting. they give you your computer to take home then you start training via web conference. its a very in depth training and you will be ready to go when they put you on your own

Interview process took a month or more and had 3 stages with HR. First call and every other was in the time range of 20 to 30 minutes. After the first there was a time I waited for response for the next interview and next stage.
