My interview process was amazing. The head of Dining Hall Services, Miss Gorman was welcoming and supportive. After asking about my background she communicated that I would be a great fit to join the team. I got a tour of the dining hall and was introduced to several of the staff and the chef. Everyone at the Showa Institute, from the lovely woman at the front desk exuded warmth and professionalism. I feel grateful to begin working for Compass and the Showa Institute.
