Shopko came to my University Career Fair and we scheduled a first interview on-campus for the following day. This interview was with 2 Shopko employees, 1 was a recruiter and the other was a store manager of a local branch. It went for about 30 minutes with several "get to know you" questions and several "behavioral" type questions. Didn't hear anything for over a month then out of the blue I received an email for an interview in one of the Shopko stores nearby. This was a panel interview with 3 individuals. THe same store manager I met with a month ago, the District manager, and the HR director that was over the region. They made it comfortable for me and asked a bunch of behavioral questions. Waiting to hear back now...
