pretty easy and straightforward. good recruiter asking good questions. very communicative of what to expect and what is coming next. overall good process and good environment. good video quality. people are enthusiastic and willing to discover talent.

tell me about yourself, what do you outside of work?
After CV screening, its OA with a CCAT test that is 40 questions 20 minutes and a coderpad with 3 questions solved with C++, preferred language and ruby. Medium level LeetCode problems
Three rounds, first a interview with a team member, then a technical interview with an engineer, and finally the life story interview with a recruiter. However, there was a lengthy application process before being offered an interview.
Had a few calls to meet people, was fairly smooth. Met several key people from the company during the process. They wanted to get a feel of my technical skills but also communication skills.
