There was a phone screening with a recruiter to see if the candidate was a good fit for the team in terms of personality. The second interview was scheduled for the next day. The second interview was technical and was based on sharing a document so the interviewer could watch the candidate's problem-solving strategies. The interview was entirely online/over the phone.

How can you create a table to store customer information?
After CV screening, its OA with a CCAT test that is 40 questions 20 minutes and a coderpad with 3 questions solved with C++, preferred language and ruby. Medium level LeetCode problems
Three rounds, first a interview with a team member, then a technical interview with an engineer, and finally the life story interview with a recruiter. However, there was a lengthy application process before being offered an interview.
Had a few calls to meet people, was fairly smooth. Met several key people from the company during the process. They wanted to get a feel of my technical skills but also communication skills.
