I've applied for a role over a month ago and got feedback from Shopify for an introduction pretty soon. This meeting was booked for the first time with HR 2 weeks later. On the day, the recruiter cancelled and I was asked to book again. I checked the available slots and again, I had to wait, at least, 2 more weeks for the next available time. I asked the recruiter if it would be possible to have a chat sooner and I was told to follow the calendar. After booking the second time and waiting more 2 weeks, I got again the same message cancelling the meeting, (and again!) on the day. I won't book the third time when this process has already shown poor professionalism.

Smooth and professional. The interview process feels lightweight. The design challenges are fun. The interviewers are friendly. Overall, it’s delightful experience.
