It's a very casual interview process. They take a conversational approach to try and make everyone feel comfortable while still assessing your skills and knowledge base and making sure you're a culture fit. I felt it was a very positive interview experience overall. Some people may be thrown off by the interview at first because it isn't traditional. Your first conversation with a recruiter may include discussions of your favourite camping trip or where you'd like to travel. Having a good fit with the culture of the company seems very important to them, so don't be offended, it's just a part of their process.
