I was required to go to their office for an offline interview, which meant using my personal leave—only to meet a user who showed no respect at all. There were two interviewers: the first was very professional and kind, but the second made the experience truly unpleasant. She asked numerous questions but seemed intent on challenging or dismissing every answer I gave. I understand that not everyone shares the same perspective, but basic respect should always be present, especially when someone has taken the time and effort to attend an interview in person. Constructive dialogue is appreciated, but belittling someone’s opinions is not.
