Interview process is super long... you start with an interview with the recruiter, then the manager then an assessment center where they test you on your skills and an interview with manager's manager. Then need to do another final round interview with the manager's manager's manager. They would ask for your personal information like transcripts and pay slips although they don't want to offer you an offer yet. The whole process takes around 3 months and if you're rejected there won't be any update - you need to keep following up with the hiring team to get an answer.
