There are 5 steps for hiring process:
1. Interview HR
2. Test
3. Interview User
4. Case Study
5. Interview Manager
6. Offer
That was quite a long process for me, it took about ~1.5 months to get the offer. Hiring between May-June will take more time due some user/manager are taking their leave longer (combined with the last year balance).

Entrevista
The HR interview is nice. The HR is very friendly. Before the user interview, HR also gave me some tips and insights. That was the first time I got that kind of email regarding the user interview. After that, in this phase, the user interview was only around 30 mins. The questions are mostly about case studies. The unforgettable moment about this process is how helpful, and friendly HR is.

i like interaction between recruiter and candidates during interview because they don’t setting boundaries but like a friend. i got so many experience after interview even i don’t get offering letter.
