Entrevista
HR process candidates real quick! I received the interview invitation from HR the next day after I applied.
4 rounds of interview + offer letter received within 2 -3weeks time from the day I applied, very efficient :)
1. HR
HR is very friendly and professional. Interview took roughly 1hour, covers basic briefing like the JD of the job and questions like how do you improve sales etc.
2. Team Lead
Took 1.5 hours, session breakdown to 3 parts to test (1) functional knowledge of my curent job , (2) case studies, (3) logical test with some numerical test
3. Category Manager
Took roughly 1hr+, more case studies
4. HOD
Just a quick chat
I enjoyed the interview process as every question they ask really makes my reflect a lot even after the session ends. Some of them also provided helpful feedback during the interview.

The interview maybe last from 30 mins to an hour. And the HR was very nice, asked about my last experience (related to the applied position) and how I dealed with my tasks during the working period.
It can be included English and Vietnamese during the interview. Most important key is confidence, you know who you are and what you can do and show them. Interview also includes business case and Excel test
