The first interview was with an HR officer. Then, I moved to the next stage. I expected the interview process to be challenging, but instead this interview session was very disappointing. The interviewer was not professional at all as I found her giggled in the middle of interview for no reason. She could not cope with the whole interview, because most of the session was bland and very silent, also giggle here and there. She also stuttered when using English. I thought she just started working at Shopee a few months ago, but when I checked her Instagram, she has been working for 3+ years. I know I won't get the offer because the whole interview session was not interactive at all. I tried to interact with her, but she just giggled every other second. I just have one feedback for Shopee is to find a more professional interviewer than this woman. Thank you.
The process was quite typical which involves a HR screen, technical test and some interviews. The HR associate also got my name wrong and was late for 15 minutes due to overran the previous interview.

There will first be an HR screening round to assess overall fit, followed by a technical assessment covering SQL, Python, and Excel skills. If I successfully pass this stage, the final step will be an in-depth interview with the team to discuss my experience and how I can contribute to the role.
I applied through the website, after which I was notified for an interview. First, I went through an interview with HR. After that, I was given a test. Then, I was called for an interview session with the user.
