It started w a basic screening interview via phone w the recruiter. After that, the recruiter shortlisted me to the second round of interview which was a on-site interview at Shopee's office as part of the HR recruitment day. I would say it was really well-organised as it included a office tour as well.

Tell me how you exhibit Shopee's values with examples?
Very straightforward interviews with minor case questions related to the work itself (e.g. how would you source or encourage students to intern). Interviewers are very deadpan and professional but warm afterwards.

Entrevista
Started based on phone screening call > Video interview > Not Shortlisted > Recommended for another position.
The first interview was great, the hiring manager was friendly and share the job scope in detail.
The second interview was bad, the hiring manager does not seem to be interested and not very willing to share the job scope. Cut off the conversation while I speak and read off interview questions based on the computer screen.
