I applied and they got back to me almost immediately, I guess they were eagerly hiring for the position. After which, I got an email from their recruiter to schedule the call. Unfortunately, the interviewer was late in calling me and I had to call her instead. It would have been nice if she mentioned that she was going to be running late. Quite astonishing that for a big e-commerce giant that prides themselves in service has failed the first step of impressing a potential employee. Interview went on for about 35+mins. The interviewer asked pretty generic questions, going through my experiences and asked where do I see myself in 5 years time etc. They got back to me within 5 days saying that they were unable to advance my application to the next round w/o stating the reason as per most applications. I guess, in terms of rejection, this is minimal lip service they provide in form of an email.

Fui abordado através do Linkedin para um bate papo pela Coordenadora de Recrutamento e Seleção. Fizemos um bate papo bem interessante onde foi apresentado os desafios do setor. Não recebi feedback e acredito que esse é o ponto principal para entender como o setor de RH de uma empresa funciona, em relação aos seus candidatos e principalmente aos profissionais ja contratados. O feedback é básico, sem ele é possível sentir a falta de estrutura.

Phone screening followed by a panel interview with 2 senior tech recruiters. Interviewers did not seem serious to really recruit but more of interviewed to find out about what competitors are doing (they hinted at this during the interview). Please respect your candidates' time and interview to seriously recruit.
