2 rounds: Phone interview with HR, then the on-site interview with the product lead.
HR did the background check in the phone interview and the whole process is pretty professional.
The on-site interview was nice. The product lead and team leader spoke in English in the first place and turned to use Chinese in the middle of the interview. It's interesting, but I'm fine with that either way.

What is the most difficult challenge you've conquered?
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
