HR (30min) --> Team Lead (1hr)--> PM Lead (1hr)
There is no technical test involved. The HR is very professional, she always responded quickly and had a very good knowledge of the position. She has also shared a lot of useful articles and links with me to help me better prepare for the interview.

There were 2 parts for the first interview. They first went through my resume. Followed by asking about our favourite product. For this section, they asked about metrics that we could use to define success.
1st round HR interview: basic background/what you have done according to your resume 2nd round Team Leader interview: past projects/experience 3rd round Product line leader interview: scenario questions, critical thinking
Had to do an online assessment test, followed by a HR interview via phone. The final interview is with the hiring/department manager.
Very friendly and made me feel comfortable to share my experiences.
