I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for applying to a web backend position, which I did and setup interview. I had already submitted my CV separately via mail to them to check.

technical and behavioural test talking about my expereicnes and past projects and how they related to the job. It went smoothly and the interviewers were friendly and helped throughout the process
Register through LinkedIn, not via referral.
There are three technical rounds in total.
All interviews are conducted online utilizing their own platform.
There is approximately a three to five days waiting period between each round.
