HR themselves were actually rather approachable and cordial, and they even follow up with an email even when you get rejected (idk there are some places that don't even provide any info on your application). My main gripe is with the hiring manager actually - doesn't seem very interested in the hiring process. The whole interview was only 10 minutes? But anyway the process is phone interview --> writing test (bc content creation) --> face to face interview.
