Had applied in their Logistics & Payments team. They never had the intention of hiring. They took the interviews only to understand how we have solved logistics problems at my current company. They went through my resume word-by-word during the interview, making me explain details of solutions implemented, making notes, nodding head and after everything sent the standard "we are unable to advance your application to the next step". They never asked anything to test my product thinking, cultural fit, aptitude etc.

Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
