They sent an invitation to assessment which consisted of 15 multiple choice questions. You have 75 minutes to answer them, must do it on a computer and provide camera & mic access besides entire screen capture. I probably got disqualified because I used pen and paper to do the calculations. After the test, I asked them how I should have done it, if I should have said my thinking process out loud or do everything mentally, but they never replied.
I think the examination is faulty. This kind of test should be done on a live interview or have more clearly instructions as how they expect us to behave, if annotations are allowed, as an example.

15 multiple choice questions, mainly probability and some of them used fractions or had sentences that had to marked as true or false.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
