Entrevista
Interview was pretty straightforward. First call consisted of a screening with a recruiter. Then it was passed along to the hiring manager where I interviewed with 3 employees who would be working closely with me. The final interview was a quick meeting with the VP, which was casual and easy. All in all, process took a month and a half but was painless.

Entrevista
For my interview process, I had a brief phone meeting followed by an interview onsite, that included 3 1:1 meetings with executives/senior leaders of different related departments, which gave me a much better understanding of the company than if I were only meeting with peers or members of the team I was to be hired for. Additionally, I was asked to submit a writing sample based on a specific Shoebuy-related assignment.

I was asked several detailed questions regarding program measurement and metrics. While I can't recall the specifics, I do recall the overall discussion being very challenging and thorough.
