they gave me a pack of papers to fill out and walked away, that was the interview. they left me in a hot room to fill out the papers and the "quiz" which already had the answers on the next page.

It was my first time working in retail, but they were open to giving me some experience. Shortly after the interview with the hiring manager you had to take a test with different scenarios.

Brief and to the point. Manager just went over my application and explained how relaxed the store environment is. She just told me that I got the job and that the interview was a formality.The entire interview and process took about 5 minutes total.
