I applied in person (you must apply in store) and was called back in about two weeks. The interview was very casual, and I started the next day. Dress nicely and be prepared to talk about anything to anyone. My interviewer asked about previous experience in a work environment because this was my first job, but be prepared to talk about any work experience or relevant skills. They will usually call your references.

Manager asked about my work history and my reliability. She asked me about what i hope to get out of working at their company. She asked me about my comfort level working with commission pay. Hired on day of the interview.
