Informative and helpful. Great to meet staff face to face and observe a typical day including meetings, patient care rounds, and treatment. I was able to ask pertinent questions and had a good understanding of what the position would entail. Additionally, I was able to ensure I would receive mentoring at the start, easing my worry about taking a highly challenging position as a therapist with only two years of experience.
