3rd party recruiter reached out to me to start the process. I was connected to an internal rep who gave me an initial phone screen.
After the phone screen I completed a technical interview and was then scheduled for a virtual on-site.
The virtual on-site consisted of four interviews that combined coding, systems design, and behavioral questions.
The questions were difficult, but interviewers seemed satisfied and my final interviewer stated that he hoped that Shippo would be my first choice and that I was a right fit for the role.
I was informed the week after that Shippo would not be extending an offer.

process was good, people were good, management was too bad, after all the 7 interviews were conducted and everyone agreed on hiring me, they decided to not give an offer citing that remote is now allowed, they want someone in west coast..

Entrevista
I came in through TripleByte, so we started off with a pitch meeting. The recruiter introduced the company, talked about the position they were hiring for, and scheduled an on-site interview. The interview was surprisingly relaxed. There was one algorithm-based white boarding question, and a couple design questions.

It's been over a year, so I don't remember that clearly. Since they are a shipping company, I would think about shipping prices relating to distance, as well as how UPS and FedEx organize their shipping models.
