3 stage process: 1 - answers to a couple of questions by video 2 - 10 minutes video interview 3 - assessment skills & personality It was a negative experience because, at the end of the process, they didn't come back to me with feedback, not even after my follow up.

I had two interviews with the Managing Director. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very open in his approach, however after the interviews I felt that I was left high and dry. I was informed that I would be told the outcome within a couple of days - I waited probably a week and a half without being contacted. Tried contacting the MD a couple of times but didn’t get a response, I had to resort to messaging him on LinkedIn! In the end I found out that I hadn’t got the job when I saw it had been re-advertised. I found this extremely unprofessional, and it made me quite glad not to have got the job - if that is how they treat applicants, imagine how they treat their staff.
