i went through a few phone screens with HR before setting up a time to speak to the team lead in the department i was recruiting in; after arranging a time to speak over the phone, the interview was rescheduled within 30 minutes of the arranged time; ultimately, i ended up scheduling a second time and spoke to the team lead as organized with HR
