Straightforward, but asked many questions. Interviewer was nice, but it was obvious that they were looking for a very specific person and that person was not me. Otherwise, the next step was an onsite interview. I thought the pay they offered was also low for the time commitment they requested.
Process was quick and clear! It demonstrated a strong focus on values and being a good teammate. Everyone was very kind and friendly. It took a bit more preparation than I had needed to do in the past but having a understanding of the role and required knowledge meant the process was not difficult at all.
