Went through a phone screening process in which I had spoken about my past experience, level of education, and any type of past management experience. Then, after I was called to schedule my date for the 1 to 1 interview with the District Manager, I had to go into the district office. I was asked a series of question pertaining to past experience and education level again. After, this line of questioning most of the interview was focused on how I would help the store and generate more leads to increase accounts and revenue.

3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.
