The interview was fairly easy. The first interview was conducted over the phone. Typical questions, What's your weaknesses, describe a difficult customer and how you handled it.
The gentleman conducting the interview was nice and charming to talk to ... but he kept saying "axks" instead of "ask" and it was really annoying.

Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how did you handle it?
Very smooth process. Interview was a call with the recruiter and then went into the corporate office. From there, if I got selected I then went to the store I would be training at. I would learn the store and there processes on how the store runs and how to manage the POS system. Work with contractors, and be able to make products.

Meet with district manager go through questions prepping you for days at the store. If you are a good fit they will have a follow up interview or send you a detailed email packet with info.

There was an initial phone screening that was followed by a store visit, then in person interview. The in person interview is with the district manager where they ask questions about how your experience relates to the role. The store visit is basically just seeing how the store operates.
