At the beginning everything was quick and smooth. But then they disappeared for several weeks, almost two months. The only feedback I received from the Talent Acquisition Team was that before going to the final step the hiring manager needed to interview some more candidates to be brought, together with me, to the final interview with him and his boss. At that time, per their feedback, I was the best candidate they had. Then after this long waiting period they told me they hired another cheaper person. Very unprofessional approach.
